John's career in telecommunications and e-commerce spans over 30 years and includes various leadership positions in Finance, Accounting and Operations for both start-up and established businesses.

I am the SME and lead consultant for new mobile product development for 5G and CBRS network, design of digital support and customer experience at large MSOs launching mobile products.  Leadership projects have included the largest cable operators in the US and miid-tier operators.  I have been on teams that launched Xfinity Mobile and Spectrum Mobile.

As Chief Operating Officer at Simplexity, he oversaw the company’s global call centers as well as its large-scale distribution facility.  John led the operations for the premier provider of eCommerce and MVNO solutions in the wireless industry with several hundred million dollars of annual revenue. Previously, John served as the VP of MVNO Operations at InPhonic (Simplexity’s predecessor) where his department was responsible for supporting the base of MVNO clients including AT&T Integrated Mobile Services, Hawaiian Telcom, Disney Mobile and Working Assets. He also served as the VP of Operations for Liberty Wireless, a major Sprint MVNO.

 

John also led divisions and large-scale projects at companies such as Cable & Wireless, Covad, AT&T, MCI, Department of Veteran Affairs, US House of Representatives and MorganFranklin Corp.

 

John hold a B.B.A. in Finance from George Washington University.
